4.Who is Mr. Pilkington and how does Orwell describe him?

Mr. Pilkington was a farmer, a neighbor of Mr. Jones. He owned Foxwood, a big, old-fashioned farm which was badly kept. He becomes a business partner of Napoleon and sells part of his land to him.

Orwell describes him as an easy-going person which spends most of his time fishing or hunting depending on the time of the year. Basically, he has the same moral characteristics of Napoleon, being only interested in his own prosperity and not caring about the others.
