What colleges are the best in Sweden?

I’ve just left the UK permanently… not because of political situation, but because we wanted a change. We actually arrived here before the vote (on Brexit) and although my English wife was worried all day about her online recruitment company based in the UK, she has woken up this morning happy to be starting a fresh new life in Stockholm, Sweden with our three young children. Where to start with their education here? What colleges are the best to apply with essays for college and former portfolios?
