This report will identify current issues in “The changing world of work “and discuss the impact of managing people in the workplace today, using the teaching programmed topics covered in the first and second term of university. Therefore with the research and topics, I have covered from the first and second term I will be using this information to explain different type of challenges managers face when motivating employee’s in the workplace today.
In order for manager’s to get the best out of their employees, they have to be able to motivate them and give them guidance at all times, the quality of being able to do something in an employee is not enough they need to be fully trained and given benefits in order to keep a clear structure and a good working environment.
An organization becomes only successful when their employee’s performance is at an all-time high; this is normally done when organization hire the right staff and motivate them to complete each given task, however this only works best when management boosts their employee’s confidence and praise them for their excellent performance.
Further to that, there are many challenges that come with motivating them throughout this report I will be discussing the framework of motivation, expectations, the four main theories used to motivate employees and the importance of motivating them.
