What is a healthy environment for students to study in?
With many situations, students learn best in an environment that supports emotional and physical needs, considering their preferred methods for processing information such as visual, audio or kinesthetic learning (multi-sensory learning). It is an educator’s responsibility to recognize that creating this kind of environment will contribute to the interpersonal relationships between themselves and the student which will support further approaches to learning. Critical analysis is deemed important in understanding reasonable connections between ideas and individual perspectives. Critical thinking will be used throughout this paper to evaluate and enhance personal skills, referring to the theory from David Kolb, Abraham Maslow, Carl Rogers, and Jean Piaget.
