Help with Frankenstein assignment

Question description

The theme I have chosen is the relationship between the creator (Frankenstein) and the creation (the monster). Specifically, the obligations and duties that Frankenstein has towards the monster he created , and the similar obligations and duties that the monster has towards Frankenstein. I will discuss the unfair treatment of Frankenstein towards his creation, the lack of vision and disregard of the consequences of his action. When the monster asks him to create a mate ( a very legitimate demand), he first agrees then breaks his promise. I will show that the real monster is Frankenstein himself, who mistreats the monster simply on account of his ugliness and his bloated ego. The monster himself is not entirely guiltless – his lack of compassion and the murders he commits cannot be justified since these people were innocent victims who had not done him any harm. Then briefly discuss the relationship that should exist between creator and created.
