Inclusion and Tracking
Inclusion of all students works–so long as you’ve got small class sizes, which self-proclaimed “conservatives” have refused to fund. Tracking is cheap and works, but causes some damage and wastes some kids who could’ve done better in class than was clear from whatever measure was used for tracking by pro essays. Inclusion fixes those problems, but it’s a lot more expensive to run right. What we’ve got now is a system that demands inclusion but is only funded for tracking.
