Alongside making business partners sign a code of conduct, they provide their business partners with training and provide them with capacity building. This is one of Legos smaller CSR policies however it gives them just as big a competitive edge as some other policies. It will help give them a good reputation as they will further be known as environmentally friendly and will be shown to care for business partners. This will improve their reputation and will furthermore encourage consumers to use Lego over competitors.
