Why should managers consider the personal characteristics of students while motivating them?
Another challenge managers face is helping demotivated staff due to their personal characteristics which let off stress and depression, this is hard for managers when it comes to interacting with the employee as it will be much harder to boost their confidence and get the best performance out of them.
Also, managers find it challenging to motivate their employee’s when it comes to salary. Everyone needed a good salary, no matter how humble and reserved the person it, this is one of the main motivational factors that can’t go unnoticed, common areas that are challenging could be job security, benefits, career growth, education, family and personal development.
Nowadays, employers expect their employees to have the best characteristics this could be taking the initiative: this generally means taking charge, having the motivation to accomplish tasks on their own showing that you are ready, able and willing to get things without being asked to do them.
Employers also expect their staff to have a positive attitude, team player, dependable and respectful and have the desire for continued learning as this enables to increase the contribution they make to the company.
Employers expect their employees to have trust and faith in them, they want stuff that is willing to learn and follow clear instruction, although you get paid for the job, they want to be able to build a relationship with their employee’s in order for everyone to get along and fill happy about coming to work on a daily basis.
