What will the Health Visitor report?

If there are any concerns regarding the safeguarding of a child, the Health Visitor will report the circumstances to the Social Work Department, and the Early Education Department that the child is in so that all agencies are working in partnership with one another to keep accurate records within the child’s Care Plan, so that in the event of any problems or crisis, there are concise records to evidence the work between agencies, therefore a fuller picture of the child and their family circumstances.
